08/11/2020 (Argentina) - Activists have called for a protest in Cordoba on Thursday, August 13, to demonstrate against the alleged killing of a youth by the police. Organizers have asked participants to gather on Avenida Colon at 18:30 (local time) before the protesters will march through the city. Associated transportation disruptions and a heightened security presence are expected in the vicinity of the protests.
Those in Cordoba are advised to avoid all protests as a precaution, monitor the situation, allow ample travel time, and obey instructions issued by the local authorities.
