Matthew Rusk, M.D. Matthew Rusk's practice at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania focuses on travel medicine and general internal medicine. He is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. He graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in English and American Literature and completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania where he also completed his residency and and internship. From 1995-1996 Matt was the Chief Resident in the Department of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently the Director of Primary Care Education for the Department of Medicine and spends 30% of his time teaching housestaff.
