10/22/2020 (France) - Demonstrators are set to gather in Paris on Thursday, October 22, in solidarity with the ongoing protests in Guinea denouncing the provisional results of the recent presidential election. Participants are scheduled to gather outside of the Guinean embassy at 13:00 (local time).
Although the rally is expected to pass off peacefully, a heightened security presence and localized traffic disruptions should be anticipated in the vicinity of the demonstrations.
Those in Paris are advised to monitor developments, avoid large gatherings as a precaution, and adhere to all instructions issued by the local authorities.
