UVIED blast reported in Kabul's PD5 September 13

09/13/2020 (Afghanistan) - An under-vehicle improvised explosive device (UVIED) was reportedly detonated against an Afghan National Defense and Security Force (ANDSF) vehicle in the Silo Road area of Kabul's Police District 5 (PD5) on Sunday, September 13. There were no immediate reports of any casualties from the blast.
Localized disruptions are likely in the vicinity of the incident in the immediate term.

Those in Kabul are advised to avoid the affected area, remain vigilant for militant activity, and adhere to all instructions issued by the local authorities and their home governments.
