08/07/2020 (India) - An Air India flight traveling from Dubai to Calicut International Airport (CCJ; Karipur; Kerala state) crashed upon landing on Friday evening, August 7. The flight was reportedly carrying over 150 passengers. There have been no official casualty figures as yet, but rescue operations are ongoing at the airport.
Localized disruption is anticipated around the crash site in the near term due to ongoing emergency response and investigative operations.
