Two Arrests Made in Connection with Terrorist Activities in Qa Afur, Siliana Governorate

09/17/2019 (Tunisia) - Local media sources on Monday, 16 September, reported that two individuals have been arrested in Qa Afur on suspicion of belonging to a terrorist organisation. The National Guards security operation stated that the two individuals were planning attacks in the area after documents were found following their capture.
Members are advised to remain highly vigilant and report any suspicious items or activity to security forces immediately. Also minimise time spent near checkpoints, government buildings and security forces command centres, as these tend to be the targets of insurgent attacks.
