Due to the ongoing conflict, Libya remains an extremely high-risk environment, and all non-essential travel to the country should be avoided. Members undertaking operationally critical deployments to Libya are advised to monitor local media and to liaise with local authorities in order to increase situational awareness and be aware of areas of high levels of conflict or particularly unstable zones.
