02/16/2019 (France) - According to emerging social media reports on Saturday, 16 February, Toulouse Matabiau Train Station has been evacuated after a suspect package was discovered. Trains have also stopped while investigations are being carried out towards establishing what the packages are. Some reports indicate that travellers have been waiting for one hour so far while investigations are ongoing.
Members are advised to avoid the vicinity of the shooting while investigations are ongoing and to ensure that any risk of further violence is avoided. Localised travel disruptions are also likely as areas remain cordoned off. Travellers are also encouraged to monitor local news and media for further information relating to the incident.
