02/14/2019 (United States) - The National Weather Service (NWS) has issues flood warnings for Thursday, 14 February, as heavy rain threatens to cause severe flooding in southern California. The most affected areas are set to be Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego, with rainfall levels ranging from 15-25cm (6-10 inches) being predicted. Localised travel disruptions are likely due to the potential for multiple road closures over the coming days.
