02/14/2019 (Russia) - Emerging social media feeds report that, on Thursday, 14 February, more than a hundred workers of the Ust-Katav Wagon-Building Plant spontaneously gathered out of the factory, located in Ust-Katav, Chelyabinsk Oblast. They are demonstrating and demanding for salary increase. Available footage suggest the protest is peaceful and the presence of security forces is limited. No clashes or arrests have been reported at this time. Disruption may occur in the area. Further details are awaited.
