02/12/2019 (Russia) - According to local media sources on Tuesday, 12 February, a residential block of flats located on Chapaeva Street in the city of Nizjnevartovsk is currently on fire. Some of the local residents have already left the building with evacuations still ongoing. There have not been any reports of injuries. Local emergency services are conducting operations in the area.
Those in the city of Nizhnevartovsk should avoid the vicinity of the blaze due to ongoing operations. Members should heed any directives issued by the authorities including evacuation orders and monitor local media sources for further information.
