06/23/2018 (United Kingdom) - Thousands of people are expected to gather for a pro-European "March for A People's Vote" in London on Saturday, 23 June. The march will assemble on Pall Mall and St James' Street and will head toward Parliament Square via Piccadilly. The event will start at 1200hrs (1100 UTC) and end at 1600hrs (1500 UTC). Security presence will be heightened. Expect traffic disruption in the vicinity of the march.
Members are advised to remain clear of all crowds and political demonstrations in order to limit the risk of exposure to unruly crowd behaviour, opportunistic crime, and police crowd control operations. Travellers should monitor local media sources for any further information and heed any directives issued by the authorities.
