Adverse Weather Causes Flight Cancellations between Tuguegarao and Manila

01/18/2018 (Philippines) - According to local media sources on Thursday, 18 January, four flights between Tuguegarao Airport (TUG) and Manila International Airport (MNL) have been cancelled thus far due to heavy rainfall. The flights which have been cancelled are the 5J 506 Manila - Tuguegarao, 5J 507 Tuguegarao - Manila, 2P 2014 Manila - Tuguegarao and 2P 2015 Tuguegarao - Manila. Due to damage caused by ongoing heavy rains flights to and from Tacloban City Airport (TAC) have also been cancelled.

Those traveling between TUG and MNL as well as via TAC are advised to liaise with their flight provider prior to traveling in order to ascertain the status of their flight. Travellers are further advised to monitor local media for related updates and adjust travel itineraries if necessary in order to maintain business continuity.
