01/14/2018 (Poland) - According to incoming unconfirmed social media reports on Saturday, 13 January, protesters have gathered in the area surrounding the Parliament in central Warsaw. This has reportedly caused notable disruption to travel around the Parliament. The protest has gathered in opposition to current government policy. A police presence has been reported in the area.
Clients in Warsaw are advised to avoid the vicinity of the protest or any other large political gatherings in order to lessen the chances of being affected by incidental violence and security operations. Travellers should monitor local media sources for any further information and heed any directives issued by the authorities.
