10/16/2017 (Israel) - According to national media sources on Monday, 16 October, Israeli forces have reportedly begun security operations in Abu Dis. This comes in the context of multiple arrests made in the early hours of Sunday morning. Further information is currently awaited.
Clients should travel with caution throughout the West Bank and Gaza. Report any suspicious items or persons to authorities. Personnel should minimise time spent in the vicinity of security checkpoints, transportation hubs, road junctions, Jewish settlements and Palestinian refugee camps, as these are frequently conflict flashpoints. Clients should be aware that Israeli-led security operations, which have the potential to disrupt travel arrangements, are liable to occur without warning in the West Bank, especially outside of daylight hours.
