10/13/2017 (Bolivia) - According to emerging media sources on Friday, 13 October, a rally against President Morales , following his announcement to seek a fourth term in office, has been organised in Santa Cruz. It is understood the march will start at 1000hrs (1400 UTC) at Plaza del Estudiante and heading to Plaza 24 de Septiembre.
Clients are advised to remain clear of the vicinity of the aforementioned areas in order to mitigate against unruly crowd behaviour and heavy-handed police response. Keep apprised of further updates by monitoring local sources.
