09/19/2017 (Ukraine) - Media sources report that police have increased security on Tuesday, 19 September, outside Ukraine's parliament and government buildings in central Kiev for a rally called by ex-president and former Odessa Region's governor Mikhail Saakashvili and his supporters. Reports indicate that traffic has been blocked on Grushevsky Street and hundreds of police officers have deployed to the entrances of the Verkhovna Rada.

Those within Kiev are advised to avoid the vicinity of Grushevsky Street in order to the mitigate against exposure to unruly crowd behavior, opportunistic crime and potential crowd dispersal operations by police. Clients are further advised to anticipate overland travel delays resulting from a heightened law enforcement presence.
