09/15/2017 (United States) - According to reports from local media sources on Friday, 15 September, neo-Confederate and other right-wing groups are expected to hold a rally on Saturday between 1000hrs and 1800hrs (1400-2200 UTC) at Lee Circle in Richmond, Virginia, a gathering that is likely to prompt a number of spontaneous or planned counter-demonstrations. The planned protest is unauthorised, meaning that law enforcement may disperse the gathering forcefully.
