03/23/2024 (Russia) - Strictly avoid the vicinity of the Crocus City Hall until authorities have fully secured the area, extinguished the fire, and given the all-clear. Heed all official advisories concerning movement in the area. Remain courteous and cooperative if stopped and questioned by law enforcement personnel.
