September 1, 2009. Mexican Health Officials Predict 1 Million H1N1 Cases for Winter

Health officials report that there could be as many as one million H1N1 flu cases in the country during this upcoming winter, according to report on August 31st. Authorities say there are some 80 to 100 cases reported daily and there have been some 184 deaths thus far. Authorities have reportedly prepared plans to deal with the expected increase in cases, including possible school closures.
