HTH participating doctors, hospitals and clinics have been independently pre-selected and approved. Participation is by invitation only. HTH does not request or accept payments of any kind from healthcare providers.

HTH's international provider community includes medical directors of major airlines, doctors used by US Embassy personnel worldwide, doctors certified in the USA by the American Board of Medical Specialties, and doctors who are members of one of the prestigious Royal Colleges of Medicine. The Community also includes physicians who work with Quintiles Transnational Corporation, a multi-national, multi-billion dollar research organization.

For healthcare services inside the U.S., Global Citizen and Global Student Health customers have access to Provider Networks from the Beech Street Corporation, the oldest independently owned Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) in the United States.
